RETREAT

Sanctuary by the Sea Retreat

A time for healing women to come together in gratitude and hope, to share our spirituality, and to love and be loved without judgment, as we find our way home.

The most recent All Hands Sanctuary by the Sea retreat took place from September 20 to 22, 2024. Thirteen women, including the chaplain and AHI facilitators, spent the weekend in learning, prayer, and relaxation. The women came from several locations in Massachusetts and Maine. Despite rain and fog part of the time, we bundled up to enjoy the September beach for a directed session, quiet meditation, and leisurely walks.

Applications will open soon for our next weekend retreat May 2025.

"Abuse and exploitation occur in secrecy, necessitating building up inner walls for protection. All Hands In — especially the retreats — has given me the ability to tear the walls down, and to truly and genuinely connect with others, especially those who understand the walls."
